In the first weekend of the month, Pastor Yonathan Wiryohadi continued the Great Harvest series with a vital and relevant message titled “Life Cycle.” Drawing wisdom from Ecclesiastes 3:1, Pastor Wiryohadi explained that everything in life—whether ministry, business, a nation, or an individual—follows a natural cycle: it grows, reaches its peak, declines, and eventually dies.

But in the season of Great Harvest, God’s desire is for His people not to settle at the peak, but to keep transforming, breaking limits, and rising higher.

Staying Strong and Growing Beyond the Peak

Pastor Wiryohadi outlined clear, biblical principles for breaking the life cycle trap and continuing to grow in every season:

1️⃣ Embrace a Growth Mindset

Referencing 2 Corinthians 5:17 and Romans 12:2, Pastor Wiryohadi emphasized the need to let go of a fixed mindset and adopt a growth mindset.

  • Be willing to learn and adapt to rapid technological and societal changes.

  • Don’t get trapped in past achievements or traditions (Philippians 3:13).

  • Adjust to shifting market behaviors, trends, and relentless competition.

Staying relevant is key to sustainable impact.

2️⃣ Uphold Integrity

Integrity is the foundation of lasting influence. As Proverbs 14:34 states, righteousness exalts a nation, while moral failure tears it down. Pastor Wiryohadi warned that scandals and reputation crises have destroyed organizations and nations alike.

Isaiah 24:5 reminds us how lawlessness and broken covenants defile the land — integrity isn’t optional; it’s essential for God’s continuous blessing.

3️⃣ Preserve Unity and Avoid Prolonged Conflict

Psalm 133:1-3 declares how beautiful unity is, and how it attracts God’s anointing and commanded blessings. Pastor Wiryohadi encouraged believers to actively guard relationships, pursue peace, and stay united in vision.

Matthew 14:14 shows us that Jesus’ compassion moved Him to multiply blessings. When unity and compassion work together, God moves powerfully.

4️⃣ Combine Faith with Action

Referencing James 2:17, Pastor Wiryohadi emphasized that faith without action is dead. Prayers and declarations are important, but must be followed by tangible, consistent, and innovative steps.

  • Transformation comes through behavior change.

  • Sustainable impact happens when churches, businesses, and individuals commit to ongoing innovation and spiritual renewal.

A Life Cycle Breaker in the Year of Great Harvest

Pastor Wiryohadi closed the message with a challenge: Don’t stop at your peak. Break the cycle. In the season of Great Harvest, it’s time to arise with fresh vision, deeper integrity, unshakable unity, and faith-driven action.

Stay teachable. Stay compassionate. Stay bold. And keep growing.
